Linear in 2025 – a strong foundation, an ambitious direction
The year 2025 was an exceptionally strong and meaningful one for Linear. We continued to grow in Finland, took decisive steps in building our platform model, and accelerated our European expansion in a controlled yet bold manner.
I am extremely proud of how our entire team, together with our customers and partners, moved Linear forward. By the end of the year, it was clear that we were not only on the right path our direction is clearer and our momentum stronger than ever before.
The business developed positively across multiple metrics. Customer satisfaction, already at a high level, increased further, and our partner ecosystem strengthened significantly. At the same time, we lifted our gaze toward the future and set our ambitions for 2026 higher than ever before.
Growth, people, and our culture of execution
Growth does not come from strategy alone it comes from people.
During the year, the Linear team grew by four new professionals, and in January 2026, six additional top-tier talents have already joined our journey. Every recruitment was a deliberate choice to strengthen our expertise, our culture, and our ability to scale sustainably.
Employee ownership increased again during 2025, reinforcing our long-term commitment to building and renewing the real estate industry with agents at the centre.
One of the year’s most important achievements was that growth did not come at the expense of quality — quite the opposite.
Customers, quality, and trust
Our customer base grew rapidly, while churn remained virtually zero. Linear’s churn was only 0.02% (12-month average), and one customer who had previously left returned. This is an exceptional result and, above all, a strong signal of the trust our customers place in Linear.
Revenue and growth are important metrics, but we firmly believe that over the long term, customer experience is what truly matters: customers staying with us, recommending us, and continuously experiencing increasing value.
In January 2026, our Net Promoter Score reached 57 — the highest in Linear’s history. Progress throughout the year was steady and consistent, demonstrating that we are doing the right things in the right order, while listening closely to our customers.
Market position in Finland
In 2024, Linear became the most widely used real estate platform Finland. Despite this strong position, we continued to grow our market share in 2025, reaching 65% by year-end.
We see this as clear evidence that we are not building Linear for ourselves, but together with the entire industry. Together with our customers and partners, we are contributing to a more transparent, seamless, and efficient real estate sector.
Partnerships and ecosystem
During the year, our partner network expanded significantly. We onboarded new partners while systematically developing Linear into a platform that is easy to integrate with and capable of delivering concrete added value to agents’ everyday work.
A good example of this is our collaboration with If Insurance company: legal expenses insurance is now directly embedded into the Linear ecosystem, enabling agents to offer additional protection to their clients at no extra cost.
When the best partners can build on top of Linear, our customers gain more value, daily work becomes easier, and service quality improves. In early 2026, we will be launching several new partnerships.
Europe – expansion in practice
In September, we started the Tour de Linear and set out to meet industry leaders across Europe. Our goal was to approach expansion in a hands-on way by listening, learning, and building collaboration on the ground.
The Tour de Linear proved highly fruitful, and by the end of the year, Linear had customers in 12 countries. Interest in Linear has also grown rapidly beyond Europe. Several discussions have already shown that the challenges we address are global, not just European.
Linear Insider – the next strategic phase
During the year, we developed Linear’s internal marketplace, Linear Insider, which has quickly become one of the most important drivers of our future growth.
Insider is a closed marketplace available exclusively to verified agents. Its purpose is to make property transactions genuinely more efficient, both locally and internationally.
Our mission is to enable international collaboration between agents, where every property can be on the market. Insider encourages open and transparent cooperation and lays the foundation for an entirely new kind of real estate marketplace.
The reception of Insider has been exceptionally strong. Interest has emerged from across Europe and increasingly from outside Europe as well. This reinforces my belief that Insider responds to a real, both international and local, need.
Looking ahead to 2026
The year 2025 demonstrated that our foundation is strong. Our products evolved, customer retention reached exceptional levels, and international expansion accelerated in tangible ways.
Our target for 2026 is clear: Linear will be the most used real estate platform in Europe. Achieving this requires strong prioritization, fast and high-quality execution, and the courage to make the right choices on agents’ terms and with genuine care for them.
Finally, I would like to thank our customers, partners, and the entire Linear team for 2025. I am genuinely proud of what we have built together. In 2026, we will continue our focused execution with greater ambitions than ever before. Our journey is only just beginning.
