A real estate agent’s work is a constant balancing act between client interactions, legal obligations, and sales efforts. Writing listing descriptions often becomes the task that gets pushed aside in a busy schedule — and it can cause unnecessary stress. Linear’s innovation, AIDA™, is possibly the first AI on the market designed specifically to assist with property description writing.

AIDA™ generates a draft based on the information filled into the property’s fact sheet and keywords selected by the agent. While the agent still finalizes the text, AIDA™ helps get the writing started and offers new perspectives that might not have come to mind otherwise.
