A 2023 industry survey reveals that Linear has rapidly established itself as a leading player in the Finnish real estate sector.
The survey, conducted by Oikotie (owned by internationally recognized Schibsted) was sent to the marketplace's user register in Finland. The results show that Linear is already familiar to 48% of Finnish real estate agents, despite having been on the market for only about a year. More importantly, over half of the agents who are aware of Linear are already active users of the platform – a remarkably high conversion rate that reflects both strong product-market fit and high customer satisfaction.
The study evaluated perceptions and key attributes of various real estate platforms in Finland. Linear received the highest overall score and was ranked best-in-class in several key areas:
Linear’s agile product development model is built on rapid iteration, aligning well with agents’ expectations in the survey responses. New features and updates are rolled out as frequently as every two weeks – a significant contrast to the traditionally slow development cycles in the industry.
