Linear Expands Its Customer Base with a Nationwide Real Estate Group

Sp-Koti, one of Finland’s largest real estate agencies, will become a Linear customer during autumn 2025.

Founded in 2010, Sp-Koti operates approximately 80 offices across Finland. As part of the Savings Bank (Säästöpankki) Group, the chain’s transition to Linear enables centralized operations on a single platform, supporting both the daily work of individual offices and group-level management and development.
